The Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and its sponsoring companies are pleased to present the largest, most exciting and innovative new residential construction home show in Pennsylvania! Seventy-five (75) new home communities will showcase the most outstanding home designs, styles and new techonologies available in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, Westmoreland and and surrounding counties!
The best home buying opportunities of 2009 are available right now, and you don't want to miss it! Southwestern PA remains one of the top regions in the country for housing affordability and value and, unlike other sections of the United States, Pittsburgh's new home market has maintained its real estate values, keeping the purchase of a new home a sound investment.
The 2009 Festival of Homes will be held on two consecutive weekends in September (12, 13, 19 and 20). You will be able to meet professionals in homebuilding, real estate, and community development to ensure you secure that special home to meet or exceed your dreams! Admission is FREE to visit any or all of the 75 new home communities in our region. You can visit our new homes between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 PM.
