Staff Bios

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - JAMES EICHENLAUB
Responsibilities: Serves as chief administrative officer for the association.  Plans, organizes and directs the programs and activities of the association through the coordination of staff and volunteers to ensure the goals and objectives of the association are met.  Responsible for monitoring public policy issues which impact housing, makes recmmendations to the association's board of directors and coordinates actions and industry response to issues important to the housing industry.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - GEORGIANNA BAIRD
Responsibilities: Maintains the accounting system of the association and subsidiaries including the preparation of monthly financial statements, accounts receivable, payables and financial record keepting.  Oversees the IT capabilities and office operations of the association.

DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP - KIM KASPRACK
Responsibilities: Oversees the dissemination of information concerning association services to the members and prospective members of the associations, affiliated councils and related organizations.  Maintains all member records and reports including publication of the Membership Directory. Disseminates statistical information related to the housing industry for member's use.

DIRECTOR OF EVENTS- ANNETTE SERINO
Responsibilities:  Coordinates and plans social, member and special events.  Is responsible for the planning, coordination and management of conferences, membership meetings, education and training programming, networking events and special projects.  Manages reservations, contracts, site selection, identification and selection of speakers and financial budgeting of all events.
